First of all, as a member of our website, we need to be able to provide reasonable assurances to our other members as to your credibility and legitimacy as an accredited investor.  Likewise we can provide you with assurances as to the legitimacy of our members who are pitching deals.  Since we can track the activity of all our members, and since these member must be tied to a legitimate credit card, we can eliminate unscrupulous people who claim to be investors, as well as those that claim to have a business, but are otherwise scam artists.  

We are very protective of our members and DO NOT want them to deal with unscrupulous people. For your protection, and for the protection of our entire membership, people with poor business ethics will be removed from the site immediately.
