Experience Connection has been set up as a highway of information site for entrepreneurs and experienced professionals who can serve them to independently connect. It is membership based and will be monitored as such to keep out unscrupulous individuals who are looking to take advantage of the members.

Experience Connection will allow it’s members to independently connect to other members who can provide them services from financial, engineering, marketing, sales, management etc. You must be a member of the community to be able to use the matching program. Experience Connection only provides the information exchange platform that will allow investors that are committed to funding high risk or early stage funding the opportunity to independently connect with another member.

Experience Connection does not endorse or recommend any investment opportunity to any investor or entrepreneur.

Experience Connection does not verify or investigate any of the information that is submitted by it’s members and makes no representations or warranties with respects to it’s truthfulness. As a result any member who chooses to make a connection with another member must conduct their own investigation on the merits and risk of each opportunity and independently negotiate their own terms. All investors and experienced professionals are encouraged to seek legal and other professional counsel prior to making any investments or professional commitments.

Membership on Experience Connection does not constitute an offer by Experience Connection to sell or the solicitation by Experience Connection of an offer to buy any investment interest in the business ventures of applicant entrepreneurs. The actual sale or purchase of an investment interest shall be a private and independent transaction between the entrepreneur and the investor members without any participation by or remuneration to Experience Connection.

Because we do not verify all of the information posted on this site, there will be errors and we strongly suggest that you seek legal counsel prior to commencement of any business transaction. All materials reviewed on this site are strictly for informational purposes. Experience Connection does not function as a broker-dealer or investment advisor and is not registered as such with any federal or state securities regulator. Experience Connection does not sell or offer to sell any securities and no information contained on this site is intended to constitute or to be interpreted as any such offer. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time. We reserve the right to deny service to any member who does not play by the rules at any time. Anyone who tries to set up a funding scam with any of our members will be removed from the site immediately and will be put on a special page where we list scammers. Experience Connection is set up specifically to match up and link up entrepreneurs and experienced professionals who can provide services that our members ask for and need.

If you cannot adhere to these Terms Of Use you are prohibited from using our matching program or any other affiliate programs associated with Experience Connection.

As entrepreneurs we have been associated with other sites that looked good but did not monitor their members and wasted a lot of time dealing with people who were there only to take advantage. We will do everything we can to try to eliminate this behavior.

This is one of the reasons we are charging a minimal amount to participate on this site. We have found that those who want to act in an unscrupulous manner will not participate if they have to pay.
